Booking & Scheduling Policies

Service delivery

Text Magic & Word Magic appointments do not take place at a specific time. For booking, simply reach out via the form above and look out for a text or email, based on the service you choose.

Text Magic will be delivered via text within one business day; Word Magic will be delivered via email within two business days of receiving your payment.

Zoom Magic takes place in live sessions conducted at the time you schedule. Please be in a quiet place with a stable internet connection at your session time.

Cancellation policies

Text Magic & Word Magic services are non-refundable. You may reschedule a service delivery window by contacting me directly.

Zoom Magic sessions are refundable for cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled service. Cancellations within a 48 hour window are non-refundable. You may rebook your service by contacting me directly to reschedule.

Payment policies

Payments are accepted through PayPal and Venmo. When you request a service, I will send you a payment link via the method of your choice. Services will be delivered after I receive your payment.

For Zoom Magic services: No-shows will not be refunded. Rescheduling after a no-show will be considered a new appointment. In this case, contact me directly to reschedule.
